TQG: Checkmates Art Prompt-A-Thon

Welcome to Checkmates Art Prompt-A-Thon!

This is the brainchild of the TQG Discord server Checkmates, but any and all are welcome to join, and you do not need a Dreamwidth account to participate!


What is a prompt-a-thon?

Basically a prompt-a-thon is where one person leaves a prompt to be filled, fills other prompts in return. Prompt-a-thons are low pressure, so no worries if you claim something and it doesn't work out!


Prompt request format

Use this format in the comments to fill out your prompt:

What are the rules to participate in this prompt-a-thon?

• Prompts must set in an alternative universe from the canon of the show.
• The prompt are intended with art in mind, but feel free to spin off this prompt into your own fanfiction or fan edits.
• More than one person can fill a prompt, but it's always nice if everyone doesn't pile on one prompt alone, so spread the love
• You can submit/claim as many prompts as you like.
• Any and all pairings welcome, as long as there is at least one canon member from the show. Original characters and crossover pairings are allowed.
• Please specify which pairings/characters you'd like in your prompt.  If you don't care, specify that as well.
• Since a prompt could overlap among the AU and Art Prompt-a-Thons: You can submit prompts to any and all applicable prompt-a-thons.  Any fills should be a reply to the prompt.
• All ratings welcome, but please be mindful of appropriate warnings for mature/explicit content, or anything that might be particularly triggering for viewers. 
• No stress timeline! Fill in whenever you like.
• You're encouraged to post what you have on AO3, or wherever else you'd prefer, like Dreamwidth or Tumblr.  Remember to share the link in a reply to the original prompt!
• Posting is open for everyone, including non-DW account members! Please just provide your username from other places (Discord/AO3/Tumblr) in the comments so we know who has claimed/prompted something.

 
Admin note: I will be making a collection on AO3 for the discord to house everything there as well, so if you upload to AO3 please be sure to link to the collection here (under the same name)
